摘要
以福州某地下轨道交通工程为例,研究了混凝土结构在氯化物环境及化学腐蚀环境中的耐久性问题,分析氯离子对钢筋混凝土结构中钢筋的锈蚀机理和化学腐蚀环境中混凝土的腐蚀机制,并通过对文献的研究和国家规范的解读,对比实际工程中一般环境、氯化物环境及化学腐蚀环境中的耐久性设计值,给出地下轨道交通工程混凝土结构的防腐设计方案。
Taking one underground rail transit project as an example, the article mainly studies the concrete structure durability of underground rail transit project in chloride environment and chemical corrosion environment. On this basis, it analyzes the corrosion mechanism of chloride in reinforced concrete structure and the corrosion mechanism of concrete under chemical corrosion environment. Through the study of literatures and interpretation of national norms, and comparing durability design values in general environment, chloride environments and chemical corrosion environments in actual underground rail transit project, the anticorrosion design for concrete structure of underground rail transit project is summarized in this paper.
