摘要 针对现代果园低矮密植的种植特点,设计结构紧凑,转弯半径小的自走式低矮型果园弥雾机,通过理论设计对动力系统、传动系统、喷雾系统和风送系统等关键部件进行参数的确定。设计风送式弥雾喷头和两侧喷杆角度可调的喷雾装置,实现不同靶标的精确对靶,减少农药的浪费和污染。通过喷雾性能测试,各个喷头喷雾量效果良好,符合设计要求。 Aiming at the characteristics of low planting modern orchard, a self-propelled low-type orchard mist sprayer was designed, with compact structure and small turning radius. Theoretic design was conducted to determine the key parameters of power system, transmission system, spray system and pneumatic conveying system. Pneumatic conveying mist spraying nozzle and spraying device angle-adjustable bar was designed. With this designed device, accurate targeted spraying can be achieved, and pesticide waste and pol- lution can be reduced. Through the performance test, volume and effect of each nozzle can meet the design requirements.
