摘要
目的探讨卡介苗性淋巴结炎的观察方法及护理措施。方法选取2012--2016年在本所儿科诊室接诊的接种卡介苗后引起淋巴结炎的患儿58例为观察对象，观察其不同阶段的表现，探究护理对策及效果。结果58例患儿中，在同侧腋下发生淋巴结炎38例，上臂11例，锁骨上窝9例，均与接种部位淋巴结走向相关；10例予以热敷，5例用无菌注射器抽吸，43例切开排脓，全部痊愈，取得满意护理效果，护理有效率1130．0％。结论针对卡介苗性淋巴结炎发生的不同阶段，给予相应的护理措施，可控制炎症，改善症状，方法可在临床中推广应用。
Objective To investigate different observational approaches and nursing skills for lymphadenitis induced by BCG vaccine. Methods 58 children with lymphadenitis induced by BCG vaccine treated at the pediatric clinics of our hospital from 2012 to 2016 were selected as observation objects. And their signs at different stages were observed. The nursing strategies and effect were studied. Results Among the 58 children, 38 got lymphadenitis under axilla on the same side, 11 upper arm, and 9 collarbone socket; all wererelevant to the tracks of the vaccinated lymph nodes. 10 cases got hot compress, 5 were pumped by sterile injector, and the rest 43 were in apocenosis by incision. All the childdren were cured with high nursing satisfaction. The nursing efficacy was 100.0%. Conclusion Adopting proper nursing measures for lymphadenitis induced by BCG vaccine at different stages can control inflammation and improve the signs, so it worth being clinically generalized.
