摘要
依据连榕的《大学生学习倦怠问卷》对兰州某大学的三百多名在校大学生进行了问卷调查,用以分析影响大学学习倦怠的原因。调查分析显示:在校大学生学习倦怠问题的存在是相当普遍;不同性别之间的大学生学习倦怠程度在行为不当、成就感偏低以及总倦怠等维度上差异显著;不同年级间的倦怠水平在成就感低维度上差异显著;在文科理科专业上的学习倦怠水平差异不明显。从正确评价自己的能力、提高身心承受力、培养学习兴趣、调整期望值、建立合理的教学机制等方面提出了具体的应对策略。
Learning Burnout Questionnaire was carried out among more than 300 students in a university of Lanzhou in order to find out the reasons leading to learning burnout. The results show: learning burnout is quite common among college students now; there are obvious differences between male students and female students on the level of misconduct, personal accomplishment and total burnout dimensions; the difference is significant between different grades on the?personal accomplishment dimension; the difference is not obvious between the liberal arts majors and science majors. According to the findings , the author put forward some suggestion on how to avoid learning burnout.
