摘要
通过改变焊机极性的方法消除了仰焊位置焊接试件背面成形内凹的缺陷,使背面焊缝成形高出母材1~2mm.通过工艺改进,在保证焊接接头各项机械性能都符合规定的前提下,也使得试件正反面的焊缝外观检测符合要求,解决了仰焊位置背面成形内凹的难题.
The concave defects on the back surface caused by the overhead butt welding are eliminated by changing the polarity of the welding machine, which makes the weld seam form on the back higher than the base metal 1 - 2mm. With the preconditions that the mechanical properties of weld seams of the specimens meet the specifications, it can make the seams on both sides satisfy with the appearance requirements by this process and solve the problem of forming concave by overhead welding.
