摘要
我国淮东煤和油页岩储量丰富,但在燃用淮东煤和开发油页岩时均遇到阻碍,二者互补掺烧有望取得良好效果。对此,在100 MW机组上进行了油页岩掺烧准东煤的试验研究,从燃料特性、煤粉细度及均匀性、烟气温度变化、炉内沾污结渣情况、热损失与热效率等方面对系统掺烧后锅炉的安全性和稳定性进行了评估。结果表明:掺烧油页岩并大幅提高准东煤燃用比例后,煤粉颗粒细度稍有增大,均匀性变差;排烟温度呈波动性降低趋势,炉内沾污和结渣情况不明显,飞灰可燃物质量分数大幅降低,锅炉热效率最大提高约1%。
Experimental investigations on co-combustion of shale with Zhundong coal were carried out in a 100 MW unit boiler. From the aspects of fuel characteristics, coal fineness and uniformity, flue gas temperature change, slagging and contamination in furnace, heat loss, boiler thermal efficiency and fuel cost, the operation security and stability of the system was evaluated. The results show that, after blending the shale and greatly increasing the proportion of Zhundong coal, the fuel particle size increased a little and the eveness got worse, the exhaust temperature showed a trend of declining volatility, the slagging and contamination in furnace is not obvious, the combustible content in fly ash sharply reduced, and the boiler thermal efficiency was enhanced by about 1%.
