摘要
高校科研档案管理工作日趋重要,但在科研档案形成和科研的内涵理解以及档案归档存在诸多问题。基于科研档案制度建设,应提出依法管理档案的理念,建立科研诚信档案,构建电子档案管理体系和建立科研档案开发利用机制。
The management of scientific research archives in colleges and universities is becoming more and more important, but there are many problems in the understanding of scientific research archives, the connotation of scientific research, and archival filing. Based on the construction of scientific research archives system, this paper puts forward the idea of managing archives according to law, to establish scientific research credit archives, construct electronic archives management system and establish the development and utilization mechanism of scientific research archives.
