摘要
目的探讨改良版管路记录单的设计与应用对深静脉置管患者血液透析的临床效果。方法选取本科2015年1—12月30位患者作为参考组,2016年1—12月30位患者作为观察组。参考组使用传统护理记录单,观察组使用改良版深静脉置管管路记录单。分析比较两组患者血液透析过程管路维护不良事件率、健康教育效果和患者满意度。结果参考组透析管路维护不良事件发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参考组患者导管相关知识知晓率及满意率均低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深静脉置管血液透析患者应用改良版管路记录单后,患者因导管失功的并发症发生率明显减少,提高了患者导管相关知识知晓率和满意度,临床应用效果显著。
Objective To explore the clinical application of hemodialysis in patients with deep vein catheterization. Methods A total of 30 patients from January to December 2015 were selected as the reference group and 30 patients from January to December 2016 were treated as observation group. Reference group using the traditional care record sheet, the observation group using the modified version of the deep vein catheter tube record. The adverse event rate, health education effect and patient satisfaction were analyzed and compared between the two groups in hemodialysis. Results The incidence of adverse events was significantly higher in the reference group than in the observation group（P〈 0.05）. The awareness rate and satisfaction rate of catheter-related knowledge in the reference group were significantly lower than those in the observation group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with hemodialysis, the incidence of complications of catheter failure was significantly reduced and the awareness and satisfaction of catheter-related knowledge were improved. The clinical application was significant.
