摘要
目的分析临床护理路径应用于脑出血患者护理中的效果。方法 120例脑出血患者,分为实验组和对照组。实验组实施临床路径护理,对照组应用常规护理,比较两组满意度及效果。结果实验组满意程度、住院时间、并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑出血患者实施临床路径护理能够提高患者的护理满意程度,患者的住院时间也大大缩短,减轻了患者的经济负担。
Objective To analyze the application of clinical nursing pathway in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 120 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into experimental group and control group, experimental group received clinical nursing pathway, the control group received routine nursing, compared two groups of satisfaction and effect. Results The satisfaction rate, length of stay and complication rate of the experimental group were better than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients with the implementation of clinical nursing path can improve patients＇ satisfaction with nursing care of cerebral hemorrhage,hospitalization time was shortened greatly, reduce the economic burden of the patients.
