摘要
目的探讨分析成人监护室清醒患者在ICU住院期间的护理需求与期望。方法选取2016年1月—2017年2月我院收治的130例的ICU清醒患者作为研究对象,并访谈患者对护理需求及护理期望,进行分析。结果本次访谈结果显示,130例ICU清醒患者在住院期间,其中以生理需求、关爱需求、安全需求居于首位。本次实验中130例ICU清醒患者,生理需求121例,占93.07%;关爱需求95例,占73.07%;安全需求61例,占46.93%。结论医院护理人员在进行护理时,对于患者的需求,护理人员需给予一定重视,并根据实际情况给予合理的护理,满足患者合理需求,提高患者住院期间的护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the needs and expectations of nursing care for patients with intensive care in the adult care unit during the period of ICU. Methods 130 cases of ICU sober patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects, and the patients＇ nursing needs and nursing expectation were analyzed. Results The results of this interview showed that 130 patients with ICU were hospitalized during the hospitalization period, among which the physiological needs, care needs and safety needs were the first. In this experiment, 130 cases of ICU sober patients, physiological needs of 121 cases, accounting for 93.07%; care needs 95 cases, accounting for 73.07%; safety needs 61 cases, accounting for 46.93%. Conclusion The hospital nursing staff in nursing, for the needs of patients, nursing staff should be given some attention, and give reasonable care according to the actual situation, to meet the reasonable needs of patients, improve nursing satisfaction during hospitalization.
