摘要
目的分析正确的儿童保健方法对婴幼儿早期发育的影响。方法选取2015年1—7月在我院出生的婴幼儿100例作为研究对象。按照数字随机原则,将全部婴幼儿分成对照组和实验组,每组均为50例;对照组婴幼儿并没接受正确的儿童保健,实验组婴幼儿则接受正确的儿童保健,对两组婴幼儿的早期发育状况进行观察比较。结果在出生18个月时,实验组婴幼儿的疾病发生状况优于对照组(P<0.05);在出生18个月时,实验组婴幼儿的智力发育指数、心理运动发育指数均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论正确的儿童保健能为婴幼儿的成长构建良好的环境,促进婴幼儿智力发展和身心健康,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the influence of correct methods of child care on early development of infants. Methods 100 infants born in our hospital from January to July 2015 were selected as the subjects. According to the principle of digital randomization, all infants were divided into the control group and the experimental group, 50 cases in each group. Infants in the control group did not receive proper child care, the infants in the experimental group received the correct child care, the early development of two groups of infants and young children was observed and compared. Results The incidence of disease in infants and infants was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05） at 18 months. In the 18 months of birth, the intelligence and developmental indexes of the infants and infants were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Proper child care can provide a good environment for the growth of infants and young children, promote infant mental development and physical and mental health. The utility model has the advantages of clinical application and popularization.
