摘要
以广州旅游IP为研究对象,用网络爬虫工具和文本挖掘工具抽取分析携程网、蚂蜂窝网上的广州游记,同时参考了广东旅游产业大数据平台数据,概括出广州旅游者的行为特征,进而解释了他们的广州旅游迷思、镜头凝视和分享体验的动机,再提炼出广州旅游IP,讨论如何借助旅游UGC网站和移动端大数据,使广州旅游IP与旅游者的需求对接,最后在全域旅游视角下,创新对广州旅游IP迷思的营销。
In order to study tourism IP of Guangzhou, this paper adopts Web crawler tool and text mining tools to analyze travelog from Ctrip and Mafengwo tourism UGC websites. In the meanwhile, big data from tourism industry platform of Guangdong province is taken as reference, and the behavior characteristics of Guangzhou tourists is generalized their tourism myth, lens gaze and motive of experience share about Guangzhou tour are explained. Then, the tourism IP of Guangzhou city is refined, and tourism UGC websites and APPs are discussed to meet the needs of tourists. Finally innovative marketing from the perspective of comprehensive tourism is proposed.
