摘要 科技资源的合理使用是电网企业提升自身竞争力的基础。针对电网企业的科技资源进行分析,结合企业的自身特点,构建出符合电网企业的科技资源投入产出效果评价指标体系;为了克服DEA方法不能合理解决多个DEA有效的问题,提出了超效率DEA模型,通过算例分析,验证了模型的有效性,并对结果进行了DEA无效分析、差异分析和指标影响程度分析等,最后为电网企业科技资源有效配置的相关政策制定提出了建议。 Rational use of science and technology resources is the basis for power grid enterprises to enhance their competitiveness. In this paper, based on the analysis of the scientific and technological resources of the power grid enterprises, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise, the evaluation index system of the input and output of science and technology resources is constructed. In order to overcome the problem that the DEA method can not solve the problem of multiple DEA effectively, the super efficiency DEA model is put forward. Through the example analysis, the validity of the model is verified. And through the DEA invalid analysis, the difference analysis and the index influence degree analysis and so on, the related policy formulation for the power grid enterprise science and technology resources effective disposition are proposed.
