摘要 随着人们生活水平的不断提高和医药消费市场的发展,肉驴养殖从传统的役用中脱颖而出,成为目前发展农村经济,增加农民收入的朝阳产业,深受农民朋友及养殖企业的关注和青睐,驴肉是一个高蛋白,低脂肪,低胆固醇高品质的食品,还具有高营养,益气补血、补虚的食疗效果;用驴皮熬制的阿胶是医药市场备受欢迎的补品;驴奶的营养成分可达到人奶的99%.因此,肉驴及其产品价格逐年飙升,产品供不应求,目前肉驴养殖积极性十分高涨,但是,肉驴养殖在我国刚刚起步,许多养殖场户对肉驴品种选择,饲养管理,疫病防控等方面技术知识还很欠缺,在实际生产中出现诸多困难和问题,针对发现问题,结合本人经验体会,将肉驴养殖关键技术做了总结。 With the improvement of people living standard and the development of medical consumption market, meat don-key breeding become the sunrise industry of developing rural economy and increasing farmer income. Donkey meat is characteristic by high-protein, low fat, low cholesterol, high nutritional value, enrich the blood, etc. Donkey-hide gelatin with donkey skin, is the most popular nourishment in medical market. Nutrition of donkey milk can be up to 99% of human milk. There-fore, donkey meat and its products prices soaring gradually. However, meat donkey breeding has just started, there are many problems in species selection, breeding management, disease prevention and control. This paper summarized the key techniques of donkey breeding combined with practical experience.
