日本和牛冻精杂交本地“平凉红牛”效果 被引量:4

摘要 平凉红牛繁育中心作为农业部部级标准化肉牛养殖企业,为了提高养殖企业积极效益,改良"平凉红牛"(本地杂交牛)的生长性能、胴体品质,2009年1月引进日本和牛冷冻精液,采取回交的育种方法,用人工授精与"平凉红牛"杂交,使"平凉红牛"生产出和杂F_1代;再用日本和牛牛冷冻精液对和杂F_1代的母牛人工输精,得到和杂交F_2代。并对杂交后代的生长性能、和胴体质量、等指标进行测定及适应性能进行观察。结果显示和杂F_1代和和杂F_2代和杂牛初生重、6、12、18月体重、日增重和体尺均高于本地杂杂交改良牛"平凉红牛"(P<0.05);和杂F_1代和和杂F_2代杂交牛各项屠宰指标都优于"平凉红牛"(P<0.05)。 Pingliang Red Bull Breeding Center, as the standardization ministerial beef cattle breeding enterprise, in order to improve the positive efficiency of aquaculture enterprise and improve growth performance and carcass quality of "Pingliang Red Bull" (local hybrid cattle), Japanese Wagyu frozen semen was introduced in January, 2009. Cross breeding and artificial insemination methods were adopted (Japanese Wagyu frozen semen X Pingliang cow) to produce F1 generation. Frozen semen hy- bridized with F1 cows to produce F2 generation. Growth performance and carcass quality of offspring were measured. The results showed that the body weight, daily gain weight and body size at born, 6-month-old, 12-month-old and 18-month-old were higher than that of local Pinglilng red bull(P〈0.05) ;Slaughter indexes of F1 and Fz were better than that of local Pinglilng red bull (P〈0.05).
