摘要
G蛋白偶联雌激素受体(GPER)为新型雌激素膜性受体,能与雌二醇等雌激素结合,但其信号途径及作用机制与经典核雌激素受体(ER)不同,是对经典核ER的重要补充,在雌激素或植物雌激素发挥生物学效应过程中具有重要的介导作用。妇科常用中药广泛存在植物雌激素样活性成分,这些植物雌激素不仅与ER结合,还与GPER结合而发挥生物学效应。近年来,植物雌激素日益引起人们的重视,现已成为基础研究和临床研究的热点。
G protein-coupled estrogen receptor( GPER),a new type of membrane estrogen,can combine with estradiol,but its signal pathway and mechanism is different from the classical nuclear estrogen receptor( ER). It is an important supplement to the classical nuclear ER,playing an important role in the process of biological effects mediated by the estrogen or phytoestrogens. Plant estrogenic activity components widely exist in common gynecological traditional Chinese medicine. Modern research shows that these components not only combine with ER but also with GPER to play biological effects. In recent years,plant estrogen is attracting more and more attention and has become the focus of basic and clinical research.
