摘要
文化环境是人类主体的实践活动赖以进行的自然条件、社会条件和文化条件的总和,具有渗透性、可塑性、全面性、动态性和复杂性等特征,它影响着人们的价值选择、思维方式和行为趋向,对社会主义核心价值观的培育具有重要作用。培育和践行社会主义核心价值观是一项系统工程,应当构建良好的文化环境,充分发挥家庭文化环境、学校文化环境和社会文化环境的积极影响和作用,整合社会资源,形成有效合力。
Cultural environment is the combination of the natural, societal and cultural conditions for human activities. With the characteristics of permeability, plasticity, comprehensiveness, dynamism and complexity,it plays an important role in the cultivation of people＇s core socialist values by influencing their value choice,way of thinking and behavior tendency. A favorable cultural environment is indispensable to the systematic project of cultivating and practicing core socialist values, where the positive effects and functions of family,school and societal cultural environments should be given full play and all social resources be integrated so as to form an effective driving force.
