摘要
针对跨省界河流水文测站上游河段大多位于省外,不能及时掌握或共享上游雨水情信息,造成难以开展洪水预警预报工作的问题,以广西涌尾水文站为例,采用涨率法、区间降雨量换算成区间流量估算法以及多元回归方程法进行方案研究,探求出简单实用的洪水预警预报方案,为跨省河流洪水预警预报工作提供参考。
Flood forecasting is difficult for the hydrological station on provincial boundary since it can not timely ac- quire or share upstream rainfall and regimen data because its upstream river section is located at another province. Taking Yongwei hydrological station of Guangxi as example, forecasting scheme is studied by three methods includ- ing rise rate method, estimate method of interval rainfall conversion into interval flow and multiple regression equa- tion method, based on which a simple and practical interprovincial river flood forecasting scheme is put forward.
