摘要
"互联网+"时代,高校的就业工作面临着新形势和新挑战,就业信息化建设存在着一些问题和不足。高校就业工作部门理应与时俱进、开拓创新,以互联网为基础设施和实现工具,充分利用网络技术和信息技术的优势,实现对传统就业信息化建设的改造和重塑。以完善服务机制为前提,以建设管理系统平台和打造就业信息网为方式,以强化专业队伍为保证,畅通就业信息渠道,提升就业工作的效率和质量,这是"互联网+"时代就业信息化建设的有益实践与探索。
In the lnternet era, university employment are faced with new situation and new challenges, and there are some problems and deficiencies in the construction of employment information. Department of university employment should advance with the times, pioneering and innovative, taking the lnternet as the infrastructure and tools, making full use of the advantages of network technology and information technology so that they can realize the transformation and reshaping of traditional employment informatization construction. Taking the construction of management system platform and creating employment information network as a way, taking strengthening the professional team as assurance to make the employment information channels unimpeded, and make the efficiency and quality of employment improved, which is useful practice and exploration on the construction of college employment informatization in the Internet plus era.
