摘要
目的分析总结呼吸科用药咨询的特点。方法整理医院2015年6月1日-2016年5月31日呼吸科医护人员、患者及其家属向呼吸科临床药师提出的用药咨询,从咨询者身份、咨询内容、解答方法等方面统计分析。结果用药咨询312例次。咨询方式以临床药师与医师共同查房过程中或医师开医嘱时的当面咨询为主,共261例次(83.7%),电话及网络通信咨询51例次(16.3%)。咨询解答方式当面即刻回复208例次(66.7%),约定回复104例次(33.3%)。结论临床药师在临床提供药学服务时接受的用药咨询涉及内容多,需要临床药师掌握丰富药学专业知识并具备一定的临床知识,同时加强文献检索和阅读能力,才能为临床提供准确有效的药学信息。
Objective To analyse the characteristics of medication consultation in department of respiratory.Methods Medication consultations proposed by medical and nursing staff in department of respiratory,patients or their families to clinical pharmacists in June 1,2015 ~ May 31,2016 were summarized,and analyzed statistically from consultants,consulting methods,contents and solutions. Results Medication consultation 312 cases. The consultation method was mainly based on the face-to-face consultation when clinical pharmacists and doctors performed rounds together or when doctors prescribed medical orders,a total of 261 cases（ 83. 7%）,telephone and network communication consultation 51 cases（ 16. 3%）.Answer the way to answer immediately face to face 208 cases（ 66. 7%）,approved 104 cases（ 33. 3%）. Conclusion The medication consultation involving all aspects of the content. In order to provide accurate and effective pharmaceutical information,clinical pharmacists need to have a good professional knowledge of pharmacy and clinical,while strengthening the literature retrieval and reading ability.
