摘要
目的探讨闭角型青光眼经超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的效果。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月收治的经诊断明确为闭角型青光眼患者80例,依照治疗差异分为两组,即A组与B组,其中选取小梁切除术治疗者为A组,给予超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗者为B组。治疗后经统计对比两组疗效的差异。结果 (1)经治疗后两组眼压和视力均得到改善,B组改善情况优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)两组治疗后房角粘连闭合和前房深度状态均出现好转,B组变化程度优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对闭角型青光眼患者采取超声乳化白内障吸除术治疗的临床效果确切,不仅能减少患者住院时间,提高治疗效果,还具有可靠安全的优点,建议推广。
Objective To study the effect of the closed Angle glaucoma in the treatment of cataract. Methods Choice in January 2014-January 2016 were diagnosed clear for angle-closure glaucoma patients 80 cases,in accordance with the treatment differences can be divided into two groups,namely group A and group B,including selection of trabeculectomy healer for group A,give ultrasonic emulsification cataract gettering treatment is for group B. The difference between the two groups was compared after treatment. Results After treatment,both the intraocular pressure and vision were improved,and the improvement of group B was better than that of group A,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups were better than the group A,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Adopt ultrasonic emulsification cataract in patients with primary closed-angle glaucoma gettering treatment the clinical effect of precise,not only can reduce the in-hospital time,improve the treatment effect,also has the advantages of reliable safety,recommended.
