摘要
人力资源管理是一门科学,我们应从思想上重视人力资源管理,采取相应措施整合人力资源工作,实现人力资源开发与管理的有效配合,加快企业的人力资源改革,推进技术创新。通过分析企业人力资源竞争力的结构组成,探讨人力资源竞争力对企业的作用,提出企业人力资源竞争力测评指标体系。
Human resource management is a science,we should pay attention to human resource management,take corresponding measures to integrate human resources work, realize the effective cooperation of human resources development and management,accelerate the reform of human resources and promote technological innovation. By analyzing the structure of human resources competitiveness, this paper discusses the role of human resources competitiveness in enterprises,and puts forward the evaluation index system of human resource competitiveness.
