摘要
模拟青贮秸秆厌氧发酵产沼气技术,将东北地区堆放的玉米秸秆通过黄贮技术进行贮存与预处理,并优化黄贮时间的技术参数,提高秸秆中难降解成分的转化率,结果表明:将玉米秸秆黄贮80 d后,可以有效防止玉米秸秆腐烂变质,水解发酵更容易进行,日均产气量达276 m L以上,比未经处理的对照试验组高出610%以上,可见,黄贮时间对玉米秸秆产甲烷性能影响显著,且黄贮技术作为一项东北地区干秸秆的贮存与预处理方法,技术上是可行的,可确保高寒地区沼气工程的周年连续运行的原料供应。
Simulating the methane gas production of the straw silage,the maize straw piled up are stored and pretreated through yellow storage in the northeast. The parameters of yellow storage time were optimized to improve the conversion rate of refractory composition in straw. The results showed that it can prevent the maize straw from decaying when storing the maize straw over 80 d. Then the hydrolysis fermentation was much easier with a daily volume of 276 ml and more than610% higher than the untreated control group. In this paper,the effect of yellow storage of maize straw on the methane performance was significant. And yellow storage technology as a dry straw storage and pretreatment method in northeast China is technically feasible,which can insure the continuous operation of straw material supply for alpine area biogas project.
