摘要
为贯彻落实"中国制造2025"和"互联网+"战略,实现智能制造强国的战略目标,研究分析工业机器人人才需求、健全工业机器人人才培养体系具有重要研究意义。开展了工业4.0战略的深度分析与研究,梳理了工业4.0战略计划与工业机器人人才需求的关系,概括了我国工业机器人使用情况,全面分析了我国工业机器人人才需求。研究探索了工业机器人人才培养策略,提出了我国工业机器人人才培养的理念、目标及多角度系统性的培养体系,可展开推广实施。
In order implement the 'Made in China 2025' and 'Internet + ' strategy, and to achieve the strategic goal of intelligent manufacturing power, it is of great significance to study and analyze the talent demand of industrial robots and improve the training system of industrial robots. In-depth analysis and research of industry 4.0strategy is carried out, the relationship between the strategic plan of industry 4.0 and the demand of industrial robots is analyzed, the use of industrial robots in China is summed up, and China's demand for industrial robot talents is comprehensively analyzed. This paper explores the strategy of cultivating talents of industrial robots, and puts forward the concept, goal and multi-angle system of cultivating talents of industrial robots in China, which can be popularized and implemented.
