摘要
为了在建筑设计中选出最佳方案,本文在对比分析了价值工程系统评价方法的基础上,提出AHP和价值工程理论相结合的方法来比选方案,并将其应用于设计院设计方案的比选案例中,最终得到方案B为最优方案。
In order to select the best scheme in architectural design, this paper based on a comparative analysis of the value engineering system evaluation method, proposed a method of combining AHP method and the value engineering theory to select the scheme, and applied it to case of design schemes comparison and selection in the design institutes, and finally decided that scheme B was the best.
