摘要
随着我国经济发展加快,我国建筑施工企业取得了很大发展。在整个项目建设过程中,成本控制是建筑施工企业发展的一个关键环节,建筑施工项目成本控制研究具有重要意义。本文简述了建筑施工项目成本控制的重要意义、原则以及存在的问题,提出了相应的对策。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy, China＇s building construction enterprises have made great progress. Throughout the project construction process, cost control is a key link in the development of building construction enterprises, so the cost control research is of great significance. This paper briefly introduces the importance, principle and existing problems of cost control of building construction project and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
