摘要
对于汽车专业本科学生,不仅需要足够的理论知识,实践能力也尤其重要,培养技术技能型人才已经成为高等教育的改革突破口。文章对汽车人才需求现状进行概述,对汽车技术技能型人才进行定义,阐述其培养现状,提出了汽车专业技术技能型人才培养的路径和实施措施。
For undergraduates in automobile industry,it is not only necessary to have enough theoretical knowledge and practical ability.To cultivate technical and technical talents has become a breakthrough in the reform of higher education.This pa-per summarizes the current situation of automobile talent demand,defines the technical talents of automobile technology, expounds its cultivation status, and puts forward the path and implementation measures of automobile technical and technical talents training.
