摘要
城市土地利用效益与城市化之间存在密切的关系,城市化进程的不断加快促使城市土地与城市化之间的不协调性逐渐显现,合理利用城市土地对推进城市化至关重要,城市化发展对城市土地利用效益产生反馈作用.以浙江省11个地级市为研究对象,建立城市土地利用效益和城市化的综合评价指标体系,基于此构建二者的协调度和耦合度模型,评价分析二者的耦合协调性.结果表明:(1)2008—2015年,浙江省城市化发展整体上滞后于城市土地利用效益程度.(2)耦合程度整体上处于拮抗阶段,并呈现动态性变化.湖州、绍兴两市在2010和2011年出现反常,由原来的超前型转化为滞后型又转化为超前型;衢州市在2011年呈现滞后状态.2011年以后全部城市均处于滞后型状态.(3)城市土地利用效益和城市化的协调度处于低水平协调状态,以严重失调、中度失调和轻度失调为主.(4)城市土地利用效益与城市化的耦合协调程度处于中低水平协调的耦合,且存在明显的地域差异.
There is a closely relationship between urban land use efficiency and urbanization. Taking 11 cities of Zhejiang Province as an example, this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban land use efficiency and urbanization development level. Basing on the index system, constructs the model of coupling and coordination degree between urban land use efficiency and urbanization to take the thorough coupling coordination analysis between urban land use efficiency and urbanization in Zhejiang Province. The results show as that：（1） The urban land use benefits in Zhejiang Province overall ahead of the development of urbanization from 2008 to 2015.（2） The degree of coupling is in the antagonistic stage as a whole, and which presented a dynamic change. The coupling phase of Huzhou City and Shaoxing City were abnormal in2010 and 2011, which from the original type into a lag-type and into the advanced type. The degree of coupling is in the antagonistic stage as a whole, and showing a dynamic change, Huzhou, Shaoxing two cities in 2010 and 2011, abnormal, from the advanced type into a lag-type state and then into the advanced type state again. Quzhou City shows a lagged state in2011, after 2011, all cities are in the advanced state.（3） The coordination degree of urban land use efficiency and urbanization of Zhejiang Province is in the low level, mainly to serious disorders, moderate disorders and mild disorder stage.（4） The coupling coordination degree of urban land use efficiency and urbanization of Zhejiang Province only reaches to middle and low level coordination of the coupling, and there is obvious regional disparities.
