摘要
为计算短时温度变化引起箱形截面的伸缩量,基于分块一维热传导微分方程,提出了桥梁温度变形的近似计算方法。即将箱梁截面划分为多个矩形截面的组合,对每个矩形截面进行温度场的计算。然后,以西安西咸新区红光路沣河大桥为研究对象,原位试验测量了箱梁截面的温度和支座位移。在此基础上,基于温度谐波变化形式建立了箱梁不同区域外表面的温度随时间变化的函数,由此得到箱梁不同区域的温度和截面形心点的应变。计算结果表明,理论分析和实验位移的变化趋势相同,位移峰峰值的计算误差最大为29.2%,可供类似工程参考。
In order to calculate the expansion amount of box girder section caused by temperature change in short time, based on one-dimensional heat-conduction equation, an approximate calculation method for temperature deformation of box girder was proposed. The box girder section was divided into several rectangular regions in the method. Temperature field of each rectangular region is calculated. Then, the temperature of one box girder section and the support displacements of the Hongguang road Fenghe bridge were measured by in-situ tests. Based on the form of temperature harmonic, the function of temperature on the outer surface of the different regions of beam was constructed. Temperature of different regions of box girder and centroid strain was calculated. The results show that the support displacement has the same trend between calculation and test result. The maximum error of peak-to-peak value of the displacement is 29.2%. It can be referenced to similar projects.
