摘要
目的:探讨创伤反应对烧伤患者重返社会工作的影响。方法:抽取我院2014年1月~2016年6月收治的150例烧伤患者作为研究对象,根据患者烧伤程度分为Ⅰ组80例(轻度烧伤)、Ⅱ组50例(中度烧伤)、Ⅲ组20例(重度烧伤),运用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评估患者创伤后的心理状况,并随访6~24个月调查三组患者重返社会工作情况。结果:(1)三组HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅰ组。(2)三组住院时间、重返工作时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅰ组;三组重返原岗位工作率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ组<Ⅱ组<Ⅰ组。结论:烧伤程度越重,患者心理创伤反应越严重,重返社会工作的时间就越长,提示医护人员应加强患者的心理康复、功能康复训练,帮助患者重塑自我,为患者重返社会创造有利条件。
Objective:To explore the effect of between traumatic on social work reintegration in burn patients.Methods:A total of 150 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were selected as the subjects.According to the degree of burn, the patients were divided into group Ⅰ (80 cases with mild burns), group Ⅱ (50 cases with moderate burn), and group Ⅲ (20 cases with severe burns).Psychological status of patients after trauma was evaluated by the Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD).The abilities of the patients to return to work were surveyed by 6 to 24 months&#39;&#39; follow-ups.Results:(1)The differences of HAMA and HAMD scores in the three groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05)and the scores ranking was group Ⅲ&gt;group Ⅱ&gt;group Ⅰ.(2)The differences of hospitalization time and return to work time in the three groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05)and the scores ranking was group III&gt;group Ⅱ&gt;group Ⅰ.The difference of rate for returning to the original work in the three groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05)and the ranking was group Ⅲ〈group Ⅱ〈group Ⅰ.Conclusion:The more severe the burn is, the more severe the psychological trauma response of the patients will be.Meanwhile, the longer of the time to return to work will be.It is suggested that the medical staff should strengthen the psychological rehabilitation and functional rehabilitation training to help the patients rebuild themselves and to create favorable conditions for the patients to return to the society.
