摘要
工作中如果缺乏明确的目标就不会收到好的成效。而在当前的民办高校意识形态教育当中,无明确的意识形态教育目标是比较普遍的现象。因此,在当前阶段民办高校应尽快制定意识形态教育的详细目标,并建立健全与目标相关联的考核机制,从而更好地完成这项工作。
Lack of a clear objective will lead to poor efficiency in work.It has been a common phenomenon that nowadays there is no specific target in most of private universities＇ ideological education systems.Thus,at this stage,to better accomplish the task,in private universities,detailed ideological educational goals should be set as soon as possible and a sound examining mechanism associated with the goals established accordingly.
