摘要
随着智能手机的迅速普及,"互联网+"时代的到来使人们的思维、生活方式发生了极大地变化。高校作为人才培养的摇篮,其工会的宣传教育工作也必将面临一场深刻的改革。如何借助"互联网+"的特殊优势,使"互联网+"有机地融入工会宣传教育工作中,创新"互联网+"时代下工会宣传教育工作的模式,提高宣传教育工作的时效性和有效性,是亟待高校工会干部全面思考的新问题。
With the popularization of smart phone,Intemet ＋ is swepting our life. Along with the Internet ＋era, propaganda and education of CTC will face a profound reform. The cadres of CTC are facing a new problem to be solved -- how to use the advantage of Internet ＋,innovate the mode of CTC in the Internet ＋ era.
