摘要
为明确我校应用心理学专业的培养目标,通过比较分析我国师范类院校、医学类院校及综合类院校应用心理学专业的培养目标,结合民航业中关键岗位人员的心理需求,依托我校民航背景,制定了"能够针对民航关键岗位人员进行心理选拔、心理训练与心理健康监测,能够进行人因安全、心理援助与危机干预等工作的应用型人才"的具有民航特色的培养目标。该培养目标的制定,为下一步合理修订培养方案提供科学依据。
The applied psychology professional eductional objectives and the employment direction were analysized and compared among the normal universites,medical universites and comprehensive universities in order to further clarify the training objectives and professional orientation of Civil Aviation University of China. According to the psychological needs of the civil aviation,the applied psychology professional educational objective with the civil aviation characteristics was established. The professional talent can carry out psychological selection,training and monitoring for civil aviation personnel in key positions,also solve the avition human factors and be engaged in psychological assistance and crisis intervention. The professional educational objective will provides a scientific basis for revising the training program.
