摘要
在由生产制造企业、零售商、分销中心以及各需求点等组成的多级分销网络中,库存控制和网络设计最优问题一直是研究的热点和难点。将分销网络设计和供应链库存控制最优联合起来进行研究,首先对该问题进行解析并给出了若干假设,使得分销中心的订货提前期确定,并且每个需求点的需求呈现随机性变化,在此基础上构建了双目标多级分销网络供应链库存联合控制模型,该模型将分销网络设计最优和库存控制最优联合起来进行考虑,从而克服了对两者单独分析时忽略相互作用和影响的不足,并采取算例对该模型进行了实证分析,结果显示该模型在合适的算法下能够很好地实现多级分销网络和供应链库存联合控制优化。
In this paper, we set out to study the design of a muhi-echelon distribution network composed by the manufacturer, retailer, distribution center and various demand points, in connection with the inventory control optimization of the supply chain. First, we reviewed the problem and put forward several hypotheses, then on such basis, built the inventory joint control model of the duoobjective multiechelon distribution network, which optimized both the design of the distribution network and its inventory control to overcome the shortcoming of treating the two matters separately, thus neglecting their interaction and mutual influence, and at the end, through a numerical example, had an empirical analysis using the model to prove its validity in realizing the optimal joint inventory control of the distribution network and supply chain.
