摘要
在铁路项目建设中物资管理对铁路工程的质量和成本产生重要影响。为了降低物资供应成本,提高企业效益增强市场竞争力,论文分析了铁路工程物资管理存在的问题,并提出了加强管理的具体措施。
The material management in the construction of railway projects will have an important impact on the quality and cost of railway engineering. In order to reduce the cost of material supply, improve the efficiency of enterprises and enhance the market competitiveness, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of railway engineering materials and puts forward the specific measures to strengthen the material management of railway engineering projects.
