摘要
钢板组合梁桥具有受力明确、施工方便等优点,可以将混凝土和钢材的力学性能优势充分发挥出来,在国内外桥梁工程中得到了广泛的应用。在施工过程中桥面板的预制是非常重要的一个环节.论文以实际工程为例,首先对钢板组合梁的优点进行了介绍,然后从模板施工技术、钢筋绑扎、混凝土施工、预应力施工等方面,对钢板组合梁桥面板预制规模化施工技术进行探讨。
Steelplate beam bridge with clear force, convenient for construction, the advantages of mechanical properties of concrete and steel into full play, has been widely used in bridge engineering at home and abroad, is a very important link in the construction process of prefabricated bridge panel. Based on the actual project as an example, firstly, advantages of the steel plate composite beam are introduced,then from the aspects of construction technology, reinforcing bar, concrete construction, construction of prestressed steel composite construction technology ofprefabricatedpanel scale beam bridge were discussed.
