摘要
从公立医院管理机制的改革,阐述防范医疗风险、改善医患关系的相关举措与实践效果。提炼出建立医疗安全和医患纠纷绩效评估指标、确立与细化合理的多渠道调解处置分担路径、医患参与型的医疗服务精细化管理、以信息化建设推进医疗安全与和谐医患关系的目标等可借鉴经验。
In the perspective of public hospitals management mechanism reform,countermeasures and eff ectiveness of preventing medical risk and improving physician-patient relationship were discussed.It shows that establishing patient safety and medical dispute performance assessment indictors,assuring multi-channel medical dispute solution,physician patient participated healthcare lean management and information system based medical safety and physician patient relationship are the referable experiences.
