摘要
在吸收借鉴国内外医师考评经验基础上,提出了医师临床优势的概念,即临床优势是卓越临床能力和突出临床绩效的有机结合;明确了医师临床优势考评指标选取应遵循重要性、可比性、可行性、系统性、可量化性的5项原则;建立了包括工作绩效、临床核心技术、技术创新、患者满意度、同行评议五位一体的医师临床优势考评指标体系和考核办法,并总结了经验和不足,为提升医师能力绩效、实现医院战略目标提供了理论探索和方法路径。
Based on the experience of physician evaluation at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the concept of physician's clinical superiority.The concept of clinical superiority can be defined as the combination of excellent clinical capacity and clinical performance.Principles on establishing clinical superiority performance are also defined as importance,comparable,feasible,systematic and measurable.Based on the principles,an integrated assessment index system involves working performance,core clinical capacity,clinical skill innovation,patient satisfaction and peer review are established.Based on the analysis of the pros and cons of assessment system,reference theory and ways on improving physician's capacity and work performance and achieving hospital strategy goal have been presented.
