摘要
基层医疗机构服务能力不能满足社区居民需求是分级诊疗推进的关键阻碍因素。南京医科大学附属无锡第二医院主动发挥公立医院公益性职能,建立包括联合诊疗实行导师带教专业化、联合检验检查促进社区检查检验合理化、联合病房推动社区病房管理规范化、联合管理实现社区卫生服务中心管理科学化、联合康复推动社区健康促进高效化在内的"五联合"造血帮扶机制,推动社区卫生服务中心整体能力提高,一定程度缓解了社区居民"看病难、看病繁"。
Poor healthcare capacity in primary medical institutions is the key factor that blocked the implementation of hierarchical healthcare system.By the action of actively playing providing public interest role,Wuxi the 2nd hospital established restoration oriented large hospital support community healthcare institute mechanism which can be described as establishing joint treatment,joint test,joint ward management,joint management and joint rehabilitation mechanism to help community healthcare improving its capacity on clinical skill,test,ward management and education promotion.It has been helped community healthcare improving its capacity and smoothing the problems of unaff ordable to get healthcare.
