摘要
云南某高硅铝土矿中Al_2O_3品位为41.79%,SiO_2含量为32.26%,由于硅含量较高,使得铝硅分离困难。通过对浮选药剂制度的优化,提高浮选效率、降低选矿成本。确定以碳酸钠作为pH调整剂,水玻璃作为石英的抑制剂,六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂,YR-15作为Al_2O_3的组合捕收剂,采用"一粗三精二扫"的选别流程,最终获得精矿Al_2O_3,回收率75.40%;A/S为8.34,达到提高资源利用率的目的。
Therc is 41.79% Al2O3 and 32.26% SiO2 in the bauxite in Yunnan. It is difficult to separate silicon from the mineral because of high content of SiO2. In order to improve the floatation efficiency and decrease the separation cost, the floamtion reagent system is optimized. The conclusion is that the concentrate A/S is 8.34, and the recovery of 75.40% is obtained by the process of one - roughing, three - cleaning, two - scavenging with sodium carbonate as pH regulator, sodium silicate as the inhibitor for quartz, sodium hexametaphosphate as disperser, YR - 15 as the compounded inhibitor for Al2O3. It is achieved the goal that the resource utilization is improved.
