摘要 为满足船闸大修期间的施工条件要求,结合考虑船闸周边施工条件,设计闸口处的检修门结构。通过分析各种门型的优缺点,并根据安装、维护方便性的要求,选择浮箱式叠梁门作为检修闸门门型。设计合适的空箱尺寸,使浮箱式叠梁门在水中所受的浮力大于自重,以确保门体可以自动浮起。在门体上安装导向滑块及节间定位装置,使各节在安装过程中自动拼接,并利用ANSYS三维有限元软件对其进行建模和结构强度计算。最终为船闸大修设计一种安全可靠、使用方便、通用性强的浮箱式叠梁门。 In order to meet the construction condition and requirement in the dock overhaul maintenance, after considering the surrounding construction condition of dock, the structure of the maintenance gate in the dock is designed. The advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of gates are analyzed, and the self-floating stop log gate is chosen as the maintenance gate according to the requirements of installation and maintenance convenience. The suitable dimension of the empty case is designed, which makes the buoyancy of the floating box type stop log gate in the water greater than the gravity and ensures the self-floating of the gate can be achieved. The guide slider and the locating device between the sections are installed on the gate to make the sections of the gate splice in the installation process automatically. The model establishment and the structure strength calculation of the gate are carried out by ANSYS 3D finite element software. A kind of floating box type stop log gate with more reliable performance, convenience and universality is designed for dock overhaul maintenance.
