摘要
目的:观察小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠治疗椎间盘突出、腰肌劳损或骨质增生引起的腰腿疼的临床疗效。方法:120例腰腿疼患者随机分为小活络丸组、双氯芬酸钠组和小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠组,每组40例,分别给予小活络丸(一次2丸,一日2次),双氯芬酸钠肠溶缓释胶囊(一次0.1g,一日1次)以及小活络丸(一次2丸,一日2次)联合双氯芬酸钠肠溶缓释胶囊(一次0.1g,一日1次)治疗。3组患者均10日为一个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。观察各组患者治疗前、后临床疗效和视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)。结果:3组患者治疗后,小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠组总有效率97.5%,明显高于小活络丸组的82.5%和双氯芬酸钠组的85.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后视觉模拟评分(VAS)小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠组评分为2.26±0.78分,也明显优于小活络丸组和双氯芬酸钠组(5.23±1.16分、4.82±1.49分,P<0.05)。结论:小活络丸联合双氯芬酸钠治疗椎间盘突出、腰肌劳损或骨质增生引起的腰腿疼疗效显著。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect f Xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac sodiums on waist and leg pain.Methods：One hundred and twenty cases of waist and leg pain patient were randomly divided into Xiaohuoluo pill group,diclofenac sodiums group and xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac sodiums group,40 cases in each group.The patient in different group were given xiaohuoluo pill（two pills,Bid）,the diclofenac sodiums（0.1g,Qd）,the xiaohuoluo pill（two pills,Bid）combined with diclofenac sodiums（0.1g at one time,Qd）,respectively.All the patients were treated for 10 d.The efficacy and the visual analogue scale（VAS）were observed.Results：The efficiency of xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac sodiums group was97.5%,which was more than xiaohuoluo pill group and diclofenac sodiums group（82.5%,85.0%,respectively;P〈0.05）.The visual analogue scale（VAS）of xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac sodiums group was 2.26±0.78,which was more than that of xiaohuoluo pill group and diclofenac sodiums group（5.23±1.16,4.82±1.49,respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of xiaohuoluo pill combined with diclofenac sodiums on waist and leg pain is remarkable.
