摘要
目的:分析不同分割剂量放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌的临床效果。方法:选择我院2013年3月到2016年3月收治的200例骨转移癌患者,按照住院序号分为低分割化疗组(66例)、常规分割化疗组(66例)、单纯唑来膦酸组(68例)。低分割化疗组患者给予低剂量放疗联合唑来膦酸;常规分割化疗组患者给予常规放疗剂量联合唑来膦酸;单纯唑来膦酸组患者仅给唑来膦酸治疗。治疗4周后,比较三组的治疗效果、疼痛改善已近卡氏评分(Karnofsky,KPS)。结果:低分割化疗组治疗有效率为84.85%,常规分割化疗组为69.70%,单纯唑来膦酸组为38.24%;低分割化疗组骨痛改善有效率和KPS变化有效率分别为93.94%、93.94%,常规分割化疗组分别为86.36%、87.88%,单纯唑来膦酸组分别为76.47%,77.94%,低分割化疗组有效率高于其他两组(P<0.05),常规分割化疗组高于单纯唑来膦酸组(P<0.05)。结论:放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗骨转移癌效果优于单纯唑来膦酸,并且低分割化疗较常规剂量效果更加显著。
Objective:To ananlyze the clinical effect of different fractionated radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases.Methods:Two hundreds patients with bone metastases from March 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into low fractionated chemotherapy group(66cases),conventional fractionated chemotherapy group(66cases)and zoledronic acid group(68cases)according to the length of hospitalization.Low fractionated chemotherapy group was treated with low dose radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid,conventional chemotherapy group received conventional radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid.Zoledronic acid group was given zoledronic acid treatment.After 4 weeks treatment,treatment effect,pain improvement and KPS score in the three groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of low fractionated chemotherapy group was 84.85%,conventional fractionated chemotherapy group was 69.70%,zoledronic acid group was 38.24%.The effective rate of pain improvement and KPS in low fractionated chemotherapy group were 93.94% and 93.94%,conventional chemotherapy group was 86.36% and 87.88%,zoledronic acid group was 76.47% and 77.94%,the effective rate of low fractionated chemotherapy group was higher other two groups(P〈0.05),and conventional chemotherapy group was higher than zoledronic acid group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of bone metastases is better than of zoledronic acid,and low fractionated chemotherapy was more significant.
