摘要
随着微观摩擦学的发展,微纳米级的TiO_2因性能优异被广泛应用。本项目通过水解钛酸四正丁酯制得微纳米TiO_2,利用硅烷偶联剂KH550对微纳米TiO_2进行表面改性,并用广角X射线衍射仪(WAXD)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT&IR)对其进行检测,发现本方法具有较高的准确性与可行性。
With the development of micro-tribology, micro-nano TiO2 is used widely because of its great performance. The micro-nano TiO2 was prepared from hydrolyzing tetrabutyl titanate in this experiment and used KH550 which is silane coupling agents to achieve its surface modification. At last, the conclusion of experiment is that this way has high accuracy and feasibility though the test by WAXD and FT&IR.
