摘要
随着我国区域经济的快速发展,地方法治的完善程度对区域发展的影响越来越大。完善地方法治环境将对区域吸引投资、促进产业发展、提高政府效率、优化资源配置等方面有重要的推动作用。本文从法治的概念入手,通过分析法治对区域经济发展的影响和目前我国大多区域的法律缺失问题,得出如何进行区域法治化建设的对策建议。
With the rapid development of regional economy, the improvement of local rule of law has an increasing influence on regional development. It is important to improve the local legal environment to at- tract investment, develop industry, improve government efficiency and optimize resource allocation. This arfide analyses the effect of the rule of law on the regional economic development, points out the problem that it is lack of law in most areas in China. It provides countermeasures and suggestions on how to carry out regional law construction.
