摘要
目的:探讨中药抗真菌方灌胃是否干预小鼠外阴阴道念珠菌感染。方法:将65只BALB/c雌鼠(8周龄)随机分为A组(30只,模型中药组)、B组(30只,模型对照组)和C组(5只,空白对照组)。自第1天开始,A组小鼠予中药抗真菌方煎液灌胃,B组和C组予生理盐水灌胃,持续至实验结束。A、B两组在第4天接种白念珠菌,于第8、9、10、12、14、21天每组分别各选取5只小鼠取阴道灌洗液进行菌落培养,并通过ELISA检测IL-12、IL-10、IL-6水平。C组在第8天同时进行阴道灌洗液的采集。结果:从感染后第2天起,A组培养菌落数开始明显小于B组(P值均<0.05)。A、B两组阴道灌洗液中IL-6与IL-12均出现增加,IL-10明显降低。A组和B组小鼠阴道灌洗液中IL-6水平较空白组增加,但A组与B组间无明显差异。两组间IL-12在感染后第1、5、7、14天有明显差异,IL-10则在感染后第2 d时出现明显差异。结论:中药抗真菌方可减轻小鼠外阴阴道念珠菌感染。
Objective：To investigate the correlation between the Chinese medicine and vaginal eandidiasis murine. Methods. Three groups were enrolled. Group A （30, the treated group） trea- ted by Chinese medicine while group B （30, the model group）and C （5,the blank group） treated by saline. After the murine in group A and B ingected by candida in the 4th day, they were taken cervical-vaginal lavage in the 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 21th days. The number of fungi in va- ginal lavage fluid was counted and the IL-12, IL-10, IL-6 were explored by ELISA. The muridae in group C were treated same in the 8th day. Results：The number of fungi in vaginal lavage fluid of Chinese medicine group was less than the control group from the 3rd day after infected （ P 〈 0. 05）. IL-6 and IL-12 were increased while IL-10 was declined. The treated and control groups have not difference in IL-6 even though they were all more than the blank group. IL-12 were dif- ferent in A and B groups in the 1st, 5th, 7th, 14th days after infected while IL-10 were different in the 2nd day after infected. Conclusion：Chinese medicine may prevent the infection in vaginal candidiasis murine model.
