摘要
玉米弯孢霉叶斑病是近年我国玉米生产中发生的一种叶部病害,在黑龙江省已演变为主要病害。通过采集黑龙江省哈尔滨、绥化、大庆、齐齐哈尔和牡丹江等玉米产区病叶标样,经病原菌分离培养、致病性测定、形态鉴定和rDNA-ITS序列分析,明确黑龙江省玉米弯孢霉叶斑病可由新月弯孢Curvularia lunata、棒状弯孢Curvularia clavata、不等弯孢Curvularia inaequalis、苍白弯孢Curvularia pallescens 4种弯孢霉引起,且对玉米叶片均具有致病性,其中新月弯孢为优势种,致病力最强。
Curvularia leaf spot is a leaf disease of maize recently emerged in China, which has evolved to the main disease in Heilongjiang Province. In this study, the diseased maize leaves were collected from Harbin, Suihua, Daqing, Qiqihar and Mudanjiang in Heilongiang Province. The pathogens were isolated and identified by morphological, rDNA-ITS analysis and pathogenicity test. The reasults showed that Curvularia leaf spot could be caused by four kinds of Curvularia： C. lunata, C. inaequalis, C. clavata, C. pallescens, and all of them were pathogenic. Among them, C. lunata was dominant and the most pathgenic.
