球孢白僵菌防治茶树害虫角胸叶甲的初步研究 被引量:6

摘要 为评价球孢白僵菌对茶角胸叶甲田间防治效果,于虫体出土前和出土后2个时期连续喷施100 g/666.7 m2的400亿孢子白僵菌处理。试验结果表明,该田间防治模式下,能够有效减少茶角胸叶甲对茶树的危害,处理组的茶树芽头数量显著大于对照组,嫩叶和老叶被角胸叶甲取食的孔洞数量处理组小于对照组,差异显著;处理组区域内的下一代虫体的越冬代幼虫基数减少量也极为显著。 In order to evaluate the effect of Beaureria tenella on the prevention and control of Basilepta melanopus Lefevre, the treatments of 100 g/667 m2 of 40 million spores of geaureria tenella were carried out twice. The results showed that the control group could reduce the harm of tea leaf and the number of tea buds in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the leaves and the old leaves were the number of holes in the treatment group In the control group, the difference was significant, and the reduction of the overwintering larvae in the next generation was very significant.
