摘要
采用空间计量模型和面板门槛模型,对技术创新能力指标变量的空间相关性和FDI、政府支持力度(GOV)的非线性门槛效应进行实证检验.结论表明:GOV、FDI与省域技术创新能力间具较强的空间正自相关性,其影响力度分别存在双重门槛和3重门槛.GOV和FDI耦联下省域技术创新高效溢出的关键是优化配置政府支持与外资投入的空间结构.
Through using the spatial econometric model and the panel threshold model ,the empirical study is done on the non-linear threshold effect of FDI and governmental support as well as the spatial correlation of technological innovation capability index variable. The results show that GOV, FDI and provincial technology innovation spillover effect have strong spatial autocorrelation. Their impact spectively.
