摘要
目的探讨分析慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期的护理效果。方法选取2015年6月~2016年5月在我院接受治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者162例进行研究,按照护理方法的不同分为综合护理组与常规护理组,每组各81例,常规护理组在围手术期实行常规护理,综合护理组在围手术期实行综合护理干预,实验结束后,对比分析两组患者的手术相关情况、手术前后的纯音听阈评分、患者的满意度以及并发症的发生率。结果通过对比发现,综合护理组手术前的纯音听阈评分与常规护理组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术后的纯音听阈评分、手术相关情况、患者的满意度以及并发症的发生率与常规护理组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对慢性化脓性中耳炎患者围手术期实行综合护理干预可有效的提升患者的治疗依从性,取得较好的护理效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative period of chronic suppurative otitis media. Methods 162 cases of chronic suppurative otitis media treated in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 were selected and divided into comprehensive nursing group and routine nursing group with 81 cases in each according to nursing method.Patients in routine nursing group were treated with routine nursing care in perioperative period,and patient sin comprehensive nursing group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative period.After the end of the experiment,the incidence rate of two groups of patients before and after surgery related surgery,pure tone audiometry score,patient satisfaction and postoperative complications were compared. Results By comparison,there was no statistical significance the comprehensive nursing group preoperative pure tone threshold score between the little compared with the conventional nursing group （P 〉 0.05）.After the operation,the pure tone audiometry score,surgery related conditions,patient satisfaction and the incidence of complications and the routine nursing group were significant （P 〈 0.05）,there were statistical significauces. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media in the perioperative period can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients with chronic suppurative otitis media.h can achieve better nursing effect,and it is worthy of clinical application.
